| WHY: |
It’s time to pray. We live in uncertain times. Anyone following the news knows that these days the world can change in one hour. We believe one hour of prayer can change the world.
“In the Bible as well as in church history, when Christians come together in visible union and explicit agreement there is a powerful outpouring of God’s spirit, not just within the church, but across an entire nation. “
―Mac Pier, Concerts of Prayer of Greater New York

| QUOTES: |
"I look forward to joining thousands who are coming to pray for a spiritual awakening in our land."—David Wilkerson, Founding Pastor of Times Square Church & Author of The Cross & the Switchblade
“Every New Year’s Eve hundreds of thousands of people gather in Times Square, looking skyward to a descending glass ball and hoping for a better day ahead. So often that momentary euphoria has left countless empty and disappointed. We are coming together for Prayer in the Square in this very same place to put our hope in God for the future, safety and well-being of our nation.”—Carter Conlon, Senior Pastor, Times Square Church.
“We are gathering as the church of Jesus Christ, in humility and unity, saying ‘Lord, our city, our country, needs you to come down and help us again.” —Carter Conlon, Senior Pastor, Times Square Church
